DisneyWorld 2016

My new motto in life, or at least blogging, should be better late than never. We went to DisneyWorld the first week of May so what better time to recap it than 3 months later! It's crazy how different Eli looks to me in just 3 short months.

My parents flew out Saturday morning but our flight wasn't until Saturday afternoon so it was just us 3 at the airport. Thank goodness for non-stop flights, iPads & headphones (that he only wore for a little while)! We stayed at Old Key West Resort in a 2 bedroom condo-type room and it was amazing! The extra space & kitchen were soo nice to have. The buses were pretty slow at this resort which was its only downfall. We had the Memory Maker photo package so most of my pictures are from there. It was definitely worth the money since we were there for a week. We visited all 4 parks multiple times, as well as Disney Springs & Blizzard Beach. Eli was really unsure about the water park which surprised me because he was a little fish last year. He warmed up to it about 30 minutes before we were leaving...figures! Lauren joined us late Tuesday night and we had a blast with her! I think Lauren needs to become a staple on all of our future Disney trips...if only for her amazing ride faces :) JK...Lauren is the best travel buddy ever!

The pictures below are pretty out of order but they still capture all the fun we had! Now don't let these pictures fool you...we had some pretty epic toddler meltdowns so it wasn't all puppies and rainbows while we were there...but the good definitely outweighed the bad! I know I've said it before but I'll say it again...I know Eli won't remember this trip but I will remember his amazed little looks and all the fun we had and that makes it totally worth it :) Can't wait for our next Disney trip...DisneyLand, we're commin for ya!!

Sometimes you're so tired on the bus that you can't keep your eyes open...but can't let go of your snacks!

When it's 90+ degrees out and you're going 24/7...Starbucks Iced Coffee it is!
Had an AMAZING dinner at O'Hana with an old friend!
Pretty much the only thing he hate during the whole meal...his cupcake!

Aladdin & Dumbo were Eli's FAVORITE rides!
