Camo Baby

Nanny (Justin's mom) got E-man this adorable Camo diaper cover/hat/bootie set for Christmas. I finally got around to putting it on the little guy and snapping some pictures. Of course Hunter had to come help and wanted to take part in the pictures - no complaining here since I got the cutest picture of these two yet!

Let's Play Ball!

This past week we have had a LOT of rain and cooler temperatures - in the 80's! (in July, what??) so it has been a nice change. On Sunday afternoon it was really overcast outside and the weather was soo nice so we went outside with the dogs and played ball for a while. Hunter would literally chase his ball until he falls over dead if we let him, so in the summer we have to limit his ball time outside to like 10 minutes. He was able to play for 45 on Sunday followed by a long walk around the neighborhood...happy dogs! We try and get Lexie to fetch the ball - she's getting better but she usually waits until Hunter comes back with it and then tries to steal it. We give her a different ball and she usually goes off and chews it by herself.

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween (one week late)!! Last Wednesday it was our turn for neighbor dinner so we decided to do pizza and sit out in the driveway and pass out candy. My parents came too so there was 8 of us! It kind of confused the kids because there were 4 of us giving away candy instead of 1...but I don't think they complained! Before everyone came over I put Hunter & Lexie's halloween costumes on. Hunter was a dinosaur (again) and Lexie had a glow in the dark Halloween shirt on :) This lasted all of 10 minutes but Justin helped me with treats to get a few cute pics!

Snapshot Sunday

I was starting to feel some separation anxiety from not using my camera in a long time. When the weather is cold/dreary/rainy like it has been the past couple of weeks (months), I am really unmotivated to take my camera out because I feel that there is nothing worthy of capturing. I know this isn't true but I am just looking forward to the green grass, pretty flowers, and sunshine that spring brings...or should bring! I took the rebel out today and took some pictures of my always sure-thing subjects...my doggies! They definitely wanted to play more than pose but I think I still got some pretty good shots.

Hunter snuck duckie outside to play with

Lexie checking out the noise through the fence

So serious

Only shot I got of the pair today...a little distracted

Couldn't he just be a model?!

Some playtime

My sweet girl "free kisses"
I'm looking forward to spring weather and more camera adventures!!
